Biography:
Ryan brings the young energy to the Rep1 team! With a degree in Kinesiology and a background in rehab, he’ll have you smiling as he gets you lifting, stretching, and moving in ways you didn’t know you could.
Ryan’s athletic background—especially his experience competing in high-level volleyball—shows through in his dynamic, team-oriented training style. He’s passionate about helping clients get the most out of every session and making sure you feel strong, capable, and challenged.
Outside the gym, Ryan’s a foodie who loves exploring new cafes, hiking, and spending time at the beach. His playlists (think Daniel Caesar, Mac Miller, and Joji) keep his workouts upbeat and full of energy.
