Mark Pottie

Mark Pottie is the ‘all-rounder’ of personal trainers! Having been in the fitness industry for over 20 years Mark has seen it all and has “been there and done that!”. Mark prides himself on being able to train anyone on any level and he knows most things about the body and personal training… just ask him! He spent the first 24 years of his life in Halifax playing an array of sports, with the biggest focus on baseball, basketball and volleyball.  You will definitely see Mark’s sports background come through in the workouts he gives his clients!

Mark’s current sports and leisure activities are still the same as when he was growing up, but now he just has to be a little more careful of his knees.  Mark definitely has a heavy baseball focal point in his life right now and dreams of taking on a Canadian baseball coaching job!  Look for Mark driving around in East Van with his wife, Natalie, and their dog in their Jeep… with the top off and the shades on!  It is great to have Mark on the Rep1 team after years of working side by side!
