Fitness Trainer

Kylan comes to us from Calgary, Alberta! Of course he did the usual sports growing up (snowboarding/skiing and playing hockey), but he excelled so much at soccer that he played for Mount Royal University for 5 years during his undergrad. Continuing his education to a higher level, Kylan earned his Masters of Kinesiology at UBC. Kylan is definitely someone who can cover all angles of fitness and rehab with his background!

His musical tastes have quite the range, if he is looking to get ‘fired up’ he has Travis Scott on the earbuds, but on a ‘winding down’ Friday night you can find him and his fiancée listening to Noah Kahan (editor’s note: who are these artists?). Speaking of his fiancée, Kylan’s favourite workouts are the ones they do together! Hopefully we get lots of these ‘couple’s workouts’ here at Rep1 in the future… but let’s not try to keep up to them, they look fit!
