This born and raised Vancouver girl is a welcome addition to the team! Rosie Walsh spent most of her life participating in a very high level of Competitive Artistic Gymnastics. Post competition, Rosie took up coaching gymnastics for many years. Being a natural coach made for a smooth progression into personal training. Rosie is not only a certified personal trainer and gymnastics coach, but she has an extensive background in pilates. Now having been in the industry for several years, Rosie has decided to bring her energy and all-day smile to Rep1 Fitness full time.
If Rosie is not at work, you can find her outside doing everything… skiing, hiking, and trying forever to learn to surf. In the gym you will find this former gymnast at home doing plyometrics and crushing chin-ups… just don’t try to keep up!
