TAHA EL RAMLY

TAHA EL RAMLY

Fitness Trainer

Biography:

Born and raised in Richmond, BC, Taha brings a dynamic athletic background to his training—from karate and swimming to rugby. These days, his passion lies in Muay Thai, a sport he’s fully immersed in and absolutely loves. With roots in Egypt, it’s no surprise his favorite vacation spot is the stunning coastal city of Hurghada (trust us—look it up, it’s beautiful!).

When he’s not training clients or discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, Taha can usually be found testing out new workout ideas—on himself first, of course. So if you see him doing something wild in the gym, earbuds in and afro house music blasting, just know it might be your next workout challenge. Get ready to sweat!

The most recent person to win a lottery and not tell anyone.

Boston Pizza host. I learned how nasty the kitchen was!

Discovering new restaurants and coffee spots. Muay Thai. Health podcasts. Also testing new exercises to use on clients. Recently I went to the gun range with my girlfriend for her first time. Also produce for fun.
